In-House Escrow provides Buyers, Sellers Brokers/Agents and Loan officers with access to our online transaction management system, CONNECT, to track the progress of their closing in real-time. After closing, all documents from the transaction are stored on our secure platform for future access.

Our secure platform, which is accessible on desktop or mobile, allows us to receive and distribute sensitive Escrow documents, including wire instructions, instead of using less secure email. E-signings are also performed within the platform for a seamless and secure signing experience.

No more chasing down earnest money checks or commissions. Buyers can now deposit their earnest money using our secure portal, anywhere in the United States. Broker / Agents can also benefit from this technology by receiving their commissions via Direct Deposit. These benefits are at no cost to any party to the transaction.
